About the Author

Jake Virgo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a board-certified neurologic clinical specialist. He blends expertise and creativity into his career. He has a passion for learning and educating others to improve the lives of everyone around him. His creative and imaginative mind sparked an interest in creating stories and writing to educate and entertain. As a new children’s book author and new father, he is excited to continue sharing his imagination with others through books.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys studying neuroscience, astronomy, and astrophysics. He has recently delved into the world of astrophotography. He also enjoys learning to play the drums and piano. He loves being outside and enjoys playing golf and baseball.

Jake has been married to his beautiful wife, Meghan, since April 2022. Together, they welcomed their first child, Emma, in June 2024. Jake and Meghan enjoy spending time with family, exploring new restaurants, and watching their daughter grow.
